Delivery Conditions

Bulk Supplier Australia is committed to fast, secure, and professionally managed delivery on every wholesale pallet order, whether shipping domestically across Australia or internationally to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after full payment has been received and cleared in our account. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays are processed on the next available business day. A tracking number is issued by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Methods

All pallets are professionally wrapped, secured on freight pallets, and dispatched through freight-specialist carriers selected based on order size, weight, destination, and product category. Carriers used include DHL, UPS, DPD, and certified palletised freight partners for large volume and bulk shipments. The delivery method for each order is determined by our logistics team based on the specific requirements of your shipment. Full tracking is provided on every order. Palletised and bulk shipments include a bill of lading with a scheduled delivery date.

Australia

We deliver to all Australian states and territories including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Express delivery and scheduled carrier deliveries are available on request for time-sensitive orders. Contact our team before placing your order to discuss express freight options and any applicable additional costs.

United States

We ship to all 50 US states via insured international palletised freight. Estimated delivery is 5 to 14 business days from dispatch. Full export documentation including commercial invoice and packing list is provided on every US shipment. Certificate of origin is available on request. All applicable US import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canada

We ship to Canadian buyers via insured international palletised freight. Estimated delivery times vary by province. Canadian buyers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order for current freight quotes, estimated transit times, and documentation requirements specific to their location. All applicable Canadian import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Europe

We deliver to all major European markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, and other EU member states. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days from dispatch depending on the destination country and shipment size. For large volume pallet orders into Europe, customised freight arrangements including full logistical detail and scheduled delivery can be organised on request. VAT invoicing and full export documentation are available for all EU and UK buyers on request. All applicable import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Costs

Freight costs for standard domestic Australian orders are calculated at checkout or included in the pallet price where indicated on the product listing. For international orders to the United States, Canada, and Europe, and for large volume or multi-pallet domestic orders, freight quotes are provided directly before purchase is confirmed. Contact our team via WhatsApp or email for a freight estimate before placing your order. All applicable delivery charges are confirmed before payment is requested.

Shipment Tracking and Receipt

A tracking number is issued by email once your order has been dispatched. Palletised shipments include a bill of lading and a scheduled delivery date. Please ensure an authorised person is present at the nominated delivery address at the time of scheduled delivery. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or parcel lockers. A physical street address is required for all pallet deliveries.

All pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside at the nominated delivery address. The buyer is responsible for arranging unloading and moving stock from that point. Appropriate equipment and personnel should be available at the time of delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Any damage or missing items must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us at sales@bulksupplieraustralia.com.au with your order number and clear photographs documenting the issue so we can process your report promptly. Claims raised outside the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

All pallet sales are final. Full manifests and condition disclosures are provided before every purchase. No returns or refunds are accepted after delivery except where Bulk Supplier Australia has made a material error in the manifest or dispatched incorrect stock relative to what was confirmed in writing before purchase. Any such claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
